Christopher S. Chivvis
Christopher S. Chivvis is Associate Director of the International Security and Defense Policy Center and a senior political scientist at the RAND Corporation. He also teaches in the European Studies Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). His most recent book is The French War on Al Qa’ida in Africa (Cambridge University Press, 2015).
