Dallas Boyd

Dallas Boyd is a senior advisor in the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration’s Office of Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation. From 2017-2018, he served as the director for Countering Nuclear Terrorism on the National Security Council staff. Boyd’s writings have been published in the National Interest, Nonproliferation Review, Strategic Studies Quarterly, Studies in Conflict and Terrorism, Washington Quarterly, Homeland Security Affairs, and Motorcyclist.
