David A. Wargowski is a retired scientist/engineering manager with a career that spanned 35 years at Amoco Chemical Heritage/BP America. Now retired, he was awarded seven United States patents and contributed to several scientific papers and journal articles during his career. He is a contributor and advisory board member of The Atomic Heritage Foundation, an artist and advisory board member of the Atomic Photographers Guild, and a Curie Continuum Member of the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History. In 2020, he installed a permanent exhibit outlining the lifetime achievements of Leo Szilard (through the support and mentorship of Professor Henry Frisch) at the Albert A. Michelson Center for Physics Building, University of Chicago.
