Eileen Filmus

Eileen Filmus is a graduate student in the University of Chicago’s International Relations program, studying security and human rights. Her areas of interest are diplomacy, strategy, and terrorism. Her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara is in global studies, with minors in history, French, and Russian.
