Eitan Barak


Eitan Barak is assistant professor of international relations at
Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He specializes in the law of weaponry,
security regimes, and arms control and disarmament, mainly in the Middle
East. He is currently completing a book on the legality of
flechette-firing weapons in international law following
Israel’s use of them in the Gaza Strip
(2001–2009). He is indebted to Julian P. Robinson and Daniel
Feakes for their comments and suggestions.
