Elliot Hannon

Elliot Hannon is a senior researcher at Spark Street Advisors, focusing on pandemic response and global governance. He has spent nearly two decades as journalist and foreign correspondent, reporting on four continents, for Slate magazine, NPR, and Time magazine, among others. He has a BA in Political Science from Emory University and studied International Relations and Affairs at the University of Cape Town.
