Fiona Hill

Fiona Hill was a member of the US National Security Council from April 2017 to August 2019, under President Donald Trump. Prior to that, she was a senior fellow and the director of the Center for the United States and Europe at The Brookings Institution. She is the co-author with Clifford Gaddy of Mr. Putin: Operative in the Kremlin (Brookings Press, 2015).
