Gar Alperovitz

Gar Alperovitz is Lionel R. Bauman Professor of Political Economy at the University of Maryland at College Park. His books on nuclear matters range from Atomic Diplomacy: Hiroshima and Potsdam (1965) to The Decision to Use the Atomic Bomb (1995).
