Gerald E. Marsh

Marsh, a physicist, is retired from Argonne National Laboratory. He was a consultant to the Defense Department on strategic nuclear technology and policy issues in the Reagan, Bush, and Clinton administrations, and served with the U.S. START delegation. His most recent book is The Phantom Defense: America’s Pursuit of the Star Wars Illusion.
