Hamad Al Kaabi

Ambassador Hamad Al Kaabi is the permanent representative of the United Arab Emirates to the International Atomic Energy Agency. In April 2008 he was named as the special representative for international nuclear cooperation of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Al Kaabi was trained as a nuclear engineer at Purdue University; his graduate work there focused on nuclear safety.
