Heather Wuest

Heather Wuest was previously assistant editor of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. Before joining the Bulletin, she worked as a researcher with the Partnership for Global Security where she focused on issues of nuclear security and transnational governance. She obtained her M.S. in Defense and Strategic Studies Weapons of Mass Destruction Studies from Missouri State University. Heather is passionate about various issues surrounding nuclear technology particularly nuclear defense, security, and counterproliferation and is interested in working with the Bulletin to further explore the implications of technological and geopolitical advances.
