Héctor Guerra

Guerra, a specialist in humanitarian disarmament in Latin America and the Caribbean, has more than a decade of experience lobbying in international forums as a member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines, the Cluster Munition Coalition, and the Control Arms campaign. He has worked with the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons as its coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean. He has taken part in the diplomatic processes for the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, among other international instruments, and is a founding member of the Network for Human Security in Latin America and the Caribbean.
