Itamar Lifshitz

Itamar Lifshitz has over a decade of expertise in Iranian affairs, leading research teams in the Israel Defense Forces and publishing analysis in The Journal of Strategic Studies, War on the Rocks, and The National Interest. Previously, he was the chief of staff to Israel’s Ambassador to the United States in 2024-2025 and a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs in 2019-2020.
