Jean-François Seznec has 25 years’ experience in finance, of which 10 years were spent in the Middle East. He is an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies, a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Global Center for Energy, and a Scholar at the Middle East Institute. He holds degrees in international relations from Columbia University and Yale University.
