Jean Pascal Zanders

Zanders is a senior research fellow at the European Union Institute for Security Studies in Paris. From 2003 to 2008, he was director of the Geneva-based BioWeapons Prevention Project. He was leader of the Chemical and Biological Warfare Project at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute from 1996 to 2003.
