Jeffrey B. Simon is a trial attorney, founding shareholder of Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC, and the author of Last Rights. Mr. Simon was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1993, and is licensed to practice law in Texas, California and New York. An experienced and skilled trial attorney, Jeffrey has excelled at litigating toxic tort and pharmaceutical injury cases for many years after graduating from The University of Texas School of Law in 1993. Prior to law school, Jeffrey graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude in 1990 from Colgate University, where he also played varsity tennis. Mr. Simon has repeatedly been recognized by his peers for his excellence in trial law. Jeffrey has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly Magazine each year for over fifteen years, and was the 2016 President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Jeffrey is a Past President of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association (2013) and is a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a distinction bestowed only upon those who have been lead counsel in a minimum of 25 cases tried to verdict. Jeffrey and his firm represent 30 counties in the Texas Opioid MDL and will soon file cases on behalf of other Texas counties.
