Jeffrey Frankel

Frankel is James W. Harpel Professor of Capital Formation and Growth at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. As a member of President Bill Clinton’s Council of Economic Advisers, his responsibilities included international economics, macroeconomics, and the environment. He contributed the essay “An Elaborated Proposal for Global Climate Policy Architecture: Specific Formulas and Emission Targets for All Countries in All Decades,” to the forthcoming book Post-Kyoto International Climate Policy.
