Joel Carr

Carr is a research scientist at the University of Virginia, where he investigates the dynamics and controls of the global virtual water trade network. His work focuses on ecosystem resilience and shifts between alternate ecosystem states. He earned a doctorate in environmental sciences from the University of Virginia in 2011.
