John Guillebaud

A reproductive health specialist and vasectomy surgeon, Guillebaud is emeritus professor of family planning and reproductive health at University College, London. He gives regular lectures on environmental sustainability, birth control, reproductive health, and population to medical undergraduates, postgraduates, and nurses in Britain and internationally. A staunch advocate of contraception and family planning as part of an environmental agenda he has served as co-chair of the Optimum Population Trust and the Population and Sustainability Network, as well as trustee of Towards African Solutions Through Knowledge for Women’s Health.
