Julia Ciocca

Julia Ciocca is the 2020-21 Perry World House Research Fellow. In this role, she supports multiple Perry World House programs, including the Global Innovation Program, the Graduate Associates Program, and the World House Student Fellows Program. In addition to these responsibilities, Julia continues to conduct and develop her own research projects within Perry World House.

Julia graduated from Penn with a B.A. in Political Science and in Russian and Eastern European Studies. Her research interests focus on space defense policy, the use of political rhetoric and hybrid warfare by Russia, and the impact of technological innovations on military affairs. As an undergraduate, she also participated in the Perry World House Student Fellows Program.
