Julia Diamond

Julia Diamond has served as a consultant to the Federation of American Scientists’ Nuclear Information Project. She recently completed her master’s degree in nonproliferation and terrorism studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Her other areas of research include US-Russia arms control and nuclear strategy.
