Kathleen Sullivan

Kathleen Sullivan is a director of Hibakusha Stories, a partner of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. She has supported the facilitation of hibakusha voices in conferences and UN forums on the humanitarian consequences of nuclear weapons, and is co-chair of the Nuclear Truth Project. In 2023, Sullivan was appointed by New York City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams to the city’s Nuclear Weapons Free Zone Advisory Committee.
