Kay Kitazawa

Kitazawa is staff director of the Rebuild Japan Initiative Foundation’s Independent Investigation Commission on the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Accident. Kay is a specialist in city planning and management, advising prefectural governors and mayors in Japan. Before joining the RJIF, she worked at the London School of Economics and Political Science, developing urban policies for the world’s growing metropolises.
