Kiryl Puchyk is a graduate student at the University of Chicago, with a specialization in international security policy, Russia, and the post-Soviet states. Previously, he worked as a TV reporter in Belarus and Israel and covered topics ranging from foreign affairs to social issues and environmental protection.
