Leonardo Martinez-Diaz
Leonardo Martinez-Diaz is global director of the Sustainable Finance Center at the World Resources Institute, which produces research and knowledge products to promote the shift to sustainable finance. He previously worked at the US Department of the Treasury as deputy assistant secretary for energy and environment, where he oversaw multilateral climate and environmental funds and directed the Treasury’s work on climate finance. He has also worked for the IMF, World Bank and USAID, and served on the board of the Green Climate Fund.
