Lily Vaccaro

Lily Vaccaro is a masters candidate in nonproliferation and terrorism studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a graduate research assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies. She has represented China in a simulation of the NPT Preparatory Committee at the institute.
