Liviu Horovitz, a doctoral candidate in international relations at the Swiss university ETH Zurich, has previously been a researcher in the nuclear policy working group of the Center for Security Studies in Zurich, a consultant for the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization, and a research associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, California. He holds degrees in international relations from Dresden University of Technology and the Monterey Institute of International Studies. His most recent research has been published in European Security and Journal of Strategic Studies.
