Lucio Rossi

Lucio Rossi is a physicist working in the field of superconductivity. He works at CERN as project leader of the High Luminosity-Large Hadron Collider project, which seeks to increase the collider’s luminosity—and therefore its performance—by a factor of ten beyond its original design value. Author of more than 140 publications in international journals, he previously served as a researcher and professor at the University of Milan.
