Marat Tazhin

Tazhin is the former Foreign Affairs Minister of Kazakhstan, and is currently aide to President Nursultan Nazarbayev and secretary of the country’s National Security Committee. From 1992, he has held managerial positions of increasing importance on the president’s staff and the cabinet of ministers.
