Marlena Broeker

Marlena Broeker is the Scoville Fellow for the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. Her interests include NATO nuclear relations and the evolution of deterrence theory. Prior to becoming a Scoville Fellow, she studied international relations with a concentration in international security at Tufts University.
