Martin Rioux-Lefebvre

Martin Rioux-Lefebvre is a private consultant. He previously worked in the Office of the Deputy Director General and head of the Department of Safeguards at the International Atomic Energy Agency, as well as in the IAEA’s Division of Nuclear Security. Martin holds a master’s degree from the University of British Columbia in Asia Pacific Policy Studies.
