Masafumi Takubo

Masafumi Takubo is an independent analyst on nuclear issues and the operator of the nuclear information website Kakujoho.net. He is a member of the International Panel on Fissile Materials (IPFM) and a consultant for Princeton University’s Program on Science and Global Security. He is a coauthor of the book Plutonium: How Nuclear Power’s Dream Fuel Became a Nightmare (Springer, 2019) and the report Banning Plutonium Separation (International Panel on Fissile Materials, 2022).
