Nicholas G. Evans

Dr. Nicholas G. Evans is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a 2020-2023 Greenwall Foundation Faculty Scholar. He conducts research on the ethics of emerging technologies and national security, and on public health ethics and pandemic preparedness. His new book, The Ethics of Neuroscience and National Security was published with Routledge in May 2021.
