Peter D. Zimmerman

A physicist, is the former science adviser for arms control at the State Department and the last chief scientist of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. In January 2004, he will become chair of Science & Security and director of the MacArthur Centre for Science & Security Studies at King’s College, London.
