Rafael Loss

Rafael Loss is a recent graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where he focused on international security, foreign and defense policy, and international relations theory. He also has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Bremen in Germany.
