Richard Jaehne

Jaehne is the director of the Illinois Fire Service Institute at the University of Illinois, where he leads the development of new curricula and facilities in fire-service training. He is a member of the Illinois Governor’s Fire Advisory Commission, the Illinois Terrorism Task Force, and the Illinois Fire Service Blue Ribbon Committee, and at the University of Illinois, he is a member of the advisory board for the European Union Center and adjunct faculty at ACDIS, the program in Arms Control, Disarmament, and International Security.
