Robert J. Downes

Robert J. Downes is a MacArthur Foundation-funded fellow at the Centre for Science and Security Studies, King’s College London. He was awarded a PhD in Mathematics from University College London in 2014, and now works on a range of issues related to nuclear security, counterterrorism, and non-proliferation.
