Rolf Mowatt-Larssen

Rolf Mowatt-Larssen is a senior fellow at the
Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center for Science and International
Affairs. Previously, he spent three years at the Energy Department as
the director of intelligence and counterintelligence and 23 years as a
CIA intelligence officer. His posts included chief of the Weapons of
Mass Destruction Department, Counterterrorist Center; chief of the
Europe Division in the Directorate of Operations; and deputy associate
director of Central Intelligence for Military Support.
