Sarah Kreps

Sarah Kreps is the John L. Wetherill Professor in the Department of Government, adjunct professor of law, and the director of Tech Policy Institute at Cornell University. She is the author of dozens of articles and seven books (published or forthcoming) on the intersection of technology, international politics, and national security.
