Shahriman Lockman

Shahriman is a senior analyst in the Foreign Policy and Security Studies Program at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies in Malaysia. His research interests include Asian military affairs and nuclear nonproliferation and disarmament. He earned his master’s degree in strategic affairs from the Australian National University and has served as a visiting fellow at the university’s Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy.
