Stefan Koester

Stefan Koester is a senior policy analyst at the Information Technology & Innovation Foundation. He has worked as an energy and environmental researcher for almost a decade and has spent significant time investigating the detrimental effects of biomass and bioenergy on the environment and communities. He earned a double master’s degree in international relations from the Fletcher School and urban planning from the Department of Urban and Environmental Policy & Planning at Tufts University.
