Stephen M. Maurer

Stephen M. Maurer is an adjunct professor at the University of
California’s Goldman School of Public Policy. Trained as a lawyer, he
helped to develop and finalize the International Association Synthetic
Biology’s Code of Conduct. Maurer is the editor and lead author of WMD
Terrorism: Science and Policy Choices (MIT Press, 2009).
