Sulfikar Amir

Sulfikar is an assistant professor at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where his work focuses on nuclear politics, sociology of risk and disaster, and sociotechnical resilience. He is the author of The Technological State in Indonesia: The Co-Constitution of High Technology and Authoritarian Politics. In 2005 he received a doctorate in science and technology studies from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
