Timothy M. Cullen

Timothy M. Cullen is a professor of strategy and security studies at the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, Air University, Alabama. He received his doctorate in engineering systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2011. Cullen is also an F-16 pilot with over 250 hours in combat over Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, and Iraq.
