Vickram Singh

Vickram Singh is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His research focuses on international nuclear energy development and its impacts on nonproliferation. He holds a doctorate in materials science and engineering from the University of Nevada at Reno, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
