Waheguru Pal Singh (WPS) Sidhu is senior fellow at New York University’s Center on International Cooperation and a nonresident senior fellow with the Brookings Institution. He has researched, written, and taught extensively for over two decades on confidence-building measures, disarmament, arms control, and nonproliferation issues. His recent publications include: Shaping the Emerging World: India and the Multilateral Order. A forthcoming publication examines the challenges of managing nuclear weapons in the 21st century. Sidhu was the consultant to the first, second, and third UN Panels of Governmental Experts on Missiles in 2001–2002, 2004, and 2007–2008 respectively.
