Walter C. Clemens Jr.

Walter C. Clemens, Jr. is a professor of political science at Boston University and an associate at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Harvard University. He wrote Getting to Yes in Korea, with a preface by New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson. Clemens’s essay “Can—Must—Should We Negotiate with Evil?” appears in Pacific Focus: Inha Journal of International Studies, December 2011.
