William C. Sailor

William C. Sailor has been a staff member at
Los Alamos National Laboratory since 1987. He received his PhD in
nuclear engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, and has
published more than 20 articles on nuclear instrument simulation,
analysis, and testing. From 1999 to 2000 he also served as an adviser
and speechwriter for Bill Perry, President Bill Clinton’s
special envoy to North Korea.
