Wu Chunsi is director of the Institute of International Strategic Studies at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies. Her research interests include Chinese-US relations, China’s foreign strategy, arms control, and regional security in Asia. In 2012, she was a visiting research fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington. In 2004 and 2005, Wu was an arms control fellow at MIT's Center for International Studies. She is the author of Deterrence Theories and Missile Defense and co-author of Deterrence and Stability: The China-US Nuclear Relationship.
