Yulia Katsenko

Yulia Katsenko is a lecturer at the Department of International Relations at National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute). She works at the MEPhI International Center for Public Diplomacy, established recently to promote educational, scientific, and technological cooperation between universities and research institutes in Russia and worldwide. Her research interests lie in the area of international scientific and technological collaboration. Yulia has been a participant of Stanford University-MEPhI Young Professionals Nuclear forum since 2017. She holds an MA with honors in International studies from MEPhI and a BA in management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Moscow.
